Q: Are you a fiber optic manufacturer or distributor?

A: We are a manufacturer and distributor in the filed of fiber optic products, Our main range includes ftth products, outside plants cablings components, passive fiber optic assemblies.
From small fiber optic adapters to outside plants solutions,We have entered into good supply chain relationship with original factories in China. Fortunately, you can get competitiveness through our cooperation directly.
After 13 years hard working, We have successfully entered into good business relationship with some famous ISP brands.

Q: Do you provide a maintenance service?

A: Yes, within the product warranty period, we offer a free maintenance service. If the warranty period has expired, we can still repair it for you, but we will charge a fee case-by-case.

Q: What is your payment Terms?

A: We accept T/T in advance for normal orders, and sometimes Paypal for small orders.
Sorry for that we can not get payment via credit card for now.

Q: Can I get FREE Sample before purchasing?

A: Yes, Free sample is always available, most of time, We have FREE sample in stock, namely you can expect same day shipping for sample evaluation.
And as per our usual practice, You are invited to let us know your express account such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS etc. Otherwise, We may charge $18 to $99 for shipping cost.

Q: How to claim for lost or missing or incorrect or damaged items?

A: You can raise a request on Return/Refund within 7 days after successful delivery or from the date you accepted the items. If delivery is unsuccessful, you need to raise a request within 30 days of order’s shipping date. We will strive to reach a decision regarding your claim within 7-10 business days and you can contact your account manager for more details.

Q: What is the lead time for usual order?

A: It depends on the quantity of your order, usually the lead time would be 15-20 days for a 40″ containers. Most of small orders can be shipped out in 3-7 working days.
For better lead time, You can contact with our sales engineers when you get quotation from us.

Q: Do you help us design fiber termination box with our own brand?

A:

Yes, We have the ability to design and build a special mold for your request. There are 6 basic steps to get there.

 

● Tell us your detailed request

● We will send you draft in PDF

● Output 3D printed sample for your evaluation

● Open a new plastic injection molding

● Send you sample after molding

● Bulk order production

● Then you can have special fiber termination box only, We won’t sell any of them
